Why You Want Comments On Your Blog
Blogs are a great way to communicate with customers.

Unlike static areas of your, site that are one-way communications extolling the virtues of your product or service, blogs may encourage a dialogue. Once readers have finished reading a post you can let them leave comments.
When someone leaves a comment they gain a sense of satisfaction from being able to offer feedback. You may reply in return. While it is not a face-to-face conversation, this presents the effect that you are listening. We all like it when someone hears what we have to say, right?
Comments are open for all to see. This adds a layer of transparency. So enabling comments helps establish trust and brand affinity.
Of course there is the possibility of getting a negative comment. You may be inclined to delete it, thinking this will damage your brand. Resist the temptation: leaving negative comments helps build your credibility. It shows you’re open to all opinions. Unless the comment is libelous, uses profanity or is otherwise highly offensive, let it be. You have the ability to address the comment, so offer an appropriate thoughtful response.
